The Revenue & Insights Planning Specialist provides critical administrative and operational support to the Revenue Planning & Insights team. This role helps ensure accurate reporting, efficient data management, and smooth coordination across teams involved in revenue forecasting, business reviews, and performance tracking.

As a Revenue & Insights Planning Specialist, you will: 

  • Make day-to-day administrative updates and corrections to SFDC environment.
  • Liaison between BizSys and RevOps. Has the technical knowledge to interact with BizSys from a Business focus.
  • Manage the SFDC Roster, Quotas, Performance, and other related reporting tied to these items. This requires coordination with FP&A, HR, and Sales.
  • Internal Project Management to Insights & Planning function
  • Manage the portfolio of RevOps Certified Reports in SFDC.
  • Review and reconcile data across cross-functional teams.
  • Work with Sales Leadership on day-to-day challenges.
  • Partner with the FP&A team to support their SFDC activities, serving as a business-focused expert who understands both the technical SFDC environment and its strategic business impact.
  • Oversee the RevOps shared drive, with a focus on maintaining the Deal Docs and reconciliations repository.
  • Assist with data analysis across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business business-related field or prior experience
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Experience. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. 
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage issues. 

 Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
