As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the sales process, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and driving the success of sales initiatives. Key responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and optimise sales territories, ensuring alignment with market potential and supporting territory transitions through structured processes.
  • Streamline sales processes and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Leverage data and insights to prioritise high-value opportunities, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and messaging, ensuring consistent communication, effective pitching, and market trend awareness across customer-facing teams.
  • Relevant experience: Degree with 2+ years’ experience, or 5+ years in a Revenue Enablement role.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
  • Analytical expertise: Proficient in data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and using Salesforce CRM.
  • Technical competence: Strong working knowledge of MS Office and relevant digital tools.
