This department is designed to be a force multiplier for the revenue organization at Prompt. As a Revenue Enablement Associate, with the Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you help create the systems, documentation, and programs that make the entire revenue engine more efficient, consistent, and scalable.

The Role:

The Revenue Enablement Associate plays a critical role in supporting the training, documentation, processes, and programs that help our pre-sales revenue teams (BDRs, AEs, AMs) perform at their highest level. You will operationalize our enablement strategy by building content, managing onboarding workflows, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring that sellers always know what to do, how to do it, and where to find it. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating clarity, reducing friction, and building systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Execution

  • Support the design and delivery of onboarding programs, certifications, trainings, and ongoing skill-development initiatives.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, communication, and content updates for enablement programs.

  • Maintain training calendars, agendas, and program documentation.

Content & Resource Development

  • Create and maintain playbooks, guides, process documentation, and role-based onboarding paths.

  • Ensure all resources remain accurate, current, and strategically aligned.

  • Partner with PMM, Partnerships, and RevOps to centralize materials in a single source of truth.

Systems, Tools & Technology

  • Manage and update Sales content within company platforms (Notion, Asana, Proshort, future LMS/CMS).

  • Support reporting on training engagement, certification completion, and skill progression.

  • Work with cross-functional partners to improve CRM and process adoption across Sales reps and managers.

Training & Skill Development Support

  • Coordinate roleplay activities & submissions, call reviews, peer shadowing, certifications, and other reinforcement cycles.

  • Analyze call intelligence insights and surface coaching opportunities to leaders.

  • Assist in building practice exercises and scenario-based learning, as well as writing AI agents for continuous and asynchronous learning.

Data & Insights

  • Track progress toward onboarding milestones and readiness indicators. Analyze trends over time, team, and individuals and report to leaders.

  • Collect and organize feedback from reps and managers through surveys, AI agents, and interviews.

  • Help generate insights (& suggest subsequent solutions) that improve programs, content quality, and execution consistency.

What Success Looks Like

  • Onboarding programs run smoothly, predictably, and on time while producing excellent outcomes

  • Reps have and utilize access to clear, thorough, and actionable documentation with regard to process information, marketing executions, and sales materials.

  • Knowledge bases and playbooks remain consistently up-to-date.with timely/immediate updates

  • Training content is well-organized, widely adopted, and generally regarded as effective.

  • Managers receive a regular cadence of insights to support coaching and decision-making.

  • The revenue team moves faster because friction has been reduced.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in sales, enablement, sales operations, success, training, GTM coordination, leadership, or similar roles.

  • Passion for supporting sellers, coaching excellence, and improving GTM performance.

  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written communication and accurate documentation abilities.

  • Comfortable learning new tools, new ICP/industry, and simplifying complex information.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative.
