About the Role
The Revenue and GTM Insights Lead is responsible for building, maintaining, and interpreting the data, dashboards, and performance frameworks that power Automatiq’s go-to-market execution and revenue strategy. This role serves as the connective tissue between Revenue, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance by providing proactive insights, clear visibility into performance, and early indicators tied to company OKRs.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that combines analytics, operational rigor, and business judgment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights, and helping teams understand how their day-to-day execution ties to broader revenue and retention goals.
Responsibilities
Revenue and GTM Reporting
Own the development and maintenance of dashboards tracking top-line revenue, GOV, criteria sales, retention, expansion, and product-level contribution
Build standardized weekly, monthly, and quarterly GTM and revenue scorecards for leadership
Define, maintain, and ensure consistency of the company’s core GTM metrics framework and KPI definitions across Sales, AM, Product, and Finance
Insights and Analysis
Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline, retention, product adoption, and client behavior
Surface early warning indicators related to churn, underperformance, or GTM execution gaps
Partner with GTM leaders to analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and expansion opportunities
Planning and Forecasting Support
Support annual and quarterly planning cycles with data-backed analysis and scenario modeling
Partner closely with Finance to align forecasts, actuals, and assumptions across product lines
Help connect qualitative OKR plans to quantitative performance tracking
Cross-Functional Partnership
Work directly with Product teams to monitor adoption, usage trends, and product penetration
Support Customer Success and Account Management with health scoring, retention insights, and engagement trends
Act as a trusted thought partner to Revenue leadership on performance, prioritization, and execution strategy
Tools and Systems
Build and maintain reporting using BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Pendo, Vitally, Hubspot or similar
Leverage CRM and GTM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Vitally and related tooling to ensure data integrity and usability
Help improve reporting automation and reduce manual data dependencies across teams
Write and work with SQL queries to independently access, analyze, and validate data across core GTM systems and reporting pipelines
Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or a related function
Strong experience building dashboards and reporting for Sales, Revenue, Finance or Product organizations
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Strong SQL proficiency and ability to independently query and analyze data across CRM, product, and BI systems
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or technology-driven businesses preferred
