Requirements

  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail or a related role.
  • Experience using inventory systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other retail software tools.
  • Ability to use sound judgment to resolve routine operational issues.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with leadership, associates, and customers.
  • Ability to frequently move throughout the store environment and lift/move items up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work with store equipment and tolerate occasional exposure to dust and noise.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, seasonal demands, and local regulations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with others.
