Responsibilities

  • Supervise an assigned department, contributing to store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing merchandise.

  • Maintain company standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality expectations, resolving issues as needed.

Requirements

  • No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in a related role or specialization.
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, in-store technology, and telephone systems.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with store leadership, associates, and customers.
  • Ability to work in an active, physical environment; frequent movement and ability to adjust/move items up to 40 lbs.
  • May operate specialized equipment and experience exposure to dust and noise.
  • Ability to work variable retail hours, which may change seasonally or based on business trends, in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with others.
