Responsibilities include:

Helping the store manager with daily operations, including merchandising and customer service.
Mentoring and overseeing staff.
Managing store operations when the store manager is absent.
Maintaining inventory and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Ensuring store appearance is pleasant and resolving customer issues.
Coaching colleagues to meet daily priorities and customer needs.
Completing additional tasks as directed by management.

Required qualifications:

Prior experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
Strong organisational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in all departments in the shop
Strong English Level
