Retail Specialist

·        Capable of analysing, reporting and creating statistical data

·        Preparing weekly reports, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

·        Preparing internal efficiency & effectiveness reports

·        Following up the installations of new investment areas in chain stores and implementation of communication materials for the sales channels

·        Communicating with field team daily, following up and reporting implementation of LDU and launch based POSM Materials,

·        Following up launch-based agency project process.

·        Monthly incentive calculation of the field team.

·        Supporting for reporting related with field team.       

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and above,

·        Preferably new graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience

·        Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields

·        Able to use MS Office

·        High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets

·        Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish

·        Having strong communication and organization skills

·        Follow up and deadline oriented

·        Self-disciplined, result oriented, strong team player

·        Having presentation skills

·        Capable of focusing on all details
