Retail Sales Associate - Seattle Kraken

JOB SUMMARY

As a Game Day Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service. As a pre-game Retail Associate, you will receive product, maintain inventory counts, and ensure an organized workspace.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
• Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
• Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.
• Warehouse and inventory experience plus daytime availability a plus

Pay: Starting at $21.63/hour
Shift Start: 10 am, OR Between 3-5pm
Shift End: 5 pm OR Ends when the game ends usually no later than 11:30pm
