JOB SUMMARY

As a Retail Associate, you'll interact with customers, provide product information, assist with purchases, maintain the sales floor, and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
  • Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.

JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS

  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate product information.
  • Multitasking and adaptability in fast-paced situations.
  • Basic point-of-sale system knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Ideal for those who thrive in lively environments.
  • Contribute to delivering a memorable experience for fans and visitors.
  • Jersey Pressers - Pressing experience preferred. Game day hours
  • Stocking Specialists - 15-25 hours a week, Day shift.

Pay: Starting at $22.28/hour
Shift Start: 9 am (earliest)
Shift End: 8 pm (latest)
