Job Purpose:

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Support in delivering OPS KPIs:

  • Drive Retailer Online Academy completion as per agreed action plan
  • Drive Customer Champion App trainings and adoption by all site staff
  • Ensure Daily RFC is completed by retailers
  • Ensure Daily Wet Stock Capture is done by retailers

 2. Drive deliverables for the Retail lubes portfolio:

Develop Lubes Specialist on Retail Network (Target 10 additional for 2026)

  • Deliver Lubes training.
  • Ensure Training is completed in CC App
  • Ensure adherence to Lubes merchandising and Retail pricelist

 Drive deployment of ‘Lubes shop’ phase 2:

  • Deploy the concept in 6 additional shops in 2026 (Arsenal, St Julien, St Jean, Roadway, Golden, Abercrombie).

 3. Update Retail Operations Manual with reviewed HSSEQ requirements and checklists.

Requirements

Degree holder preferably in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or any related field).
