Retail Operation Specialist

• Capable of analyzing, reporting and creating statistical data
• Preparing weekly reports, insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Preparing internal efficiency & effectiveness reports
• Following up the installations of new investment areas in chain stores and implementation of communication materials for the sales channels
• Communicating with field team daily, following up and reporting implementation of LDU and launch based POSM Materials,
• Following up launch-based agency project process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and above,
• Preferably new graduate or 1 year of relevant work experience
• Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields
• Able to use MS Office
• High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish
• Having strong communication and organization skills
• Follow up and deadline oriented
• Self-disciplined, result oriented, strong team player
• Having presentation skills
