We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Retail Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing strategies across our European retail partner network. This role is ideal for someone with 4-6 years of experience in marketing - particularly from an FMCG or in-house retail background - who understands how to activate brands at the point of sale and drive engagement with retail staff in a B2B2C environment.
You will play a key role in bringing our product to life across multiple markets, partnering with our external retail marketing agency and internal stakeholders to ensure execution excellence and frontline advocacy at scale.
Key Responsibilities
· Retail Marketing Execution
Support the development and rollout of retail campaigns across multiple European partner accounts, ensuring consistent and impactful execution in line with brand and business goals.
· Retail Staff Engagement
Design and lead programs that educate and inspire store staff, turning them into active brand advocates who can influence the end-consumer at the point of sale.
· Agency Management
Brief and collaborate with our dedicated retail marketing agency to deliver high-quality in-store activations, training tools, and promotional materials tailored to partner and market needs.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, account management, retail excellence, and brand teams to ensure seamless coordination and integrated campaigns.
· Performance Monitoring & Insights
Track and evaluate campaign performance across retail environments, using insights to refine the retail calendar and report effectively to stakeholders.
· Budget & Timeline Ownership
Manage project budgets and timelines with precision, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery of all retail initiatives.
Qualifications
· 4-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail/in-store marketing
· Strong understanding of retail environments and the key drivers of consumer conversion at the shelf
· Proven experience working with or managing external agencies for campaign execution
· Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate retail staff or front-line teams
· Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from campaign data
· Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
· Must be London-based with the right to work in the UK
· Willingness to travel to our European markets up to once per month as needed.
· Proficiency in European languages is a plus, with preference for Nordic languages, French, German, or Italian.
· Experience working across multiple European markets is a plus
