We're looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Lead to join our team at our Georgetown location. This is a keyholder position for someone ready to take the next step in their retail career. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales floor and guide the team
  • Model exceptional customer service, acting as a role model for the team in building rapport and offering personalized recommendations
  • Personally drive sales and motivate the team to achieve daily sales goals and performance metrics
  • Serve as a floor leader, handling escalated customer issues, complex transactions, and making decisions to support a positive customer experience
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching, training, and mentoring to Retail Associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store standards
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Huckberry's product offerings and brand stories
  • Assist leadership in executing visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, receiving, and participating in stock counts
  • Serve as an expert on the POS system, troubleshooting basic issues and ensuring transaction accuracy

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Prior experience in a leadership, keyholder, or supervisory role strongly preferred
  • A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand
  • Proven ability to drive sales, meet goals, and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate 
  • A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a high level of responsibility
  • Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands
