Retail Coordinator (North Coast)

TLDR

Support the logistics operations by verifying shipment details, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring the safe handling of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation.
  • Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation.
  • Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs.
  • Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling.
  • Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures.
  • Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.
  • Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.
  • Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is preferable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using the help desk and support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Multi-tasking abilities
