Retail Associate

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $2,000 - $3,000 per month
- 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- Annual salary increase

Location & Working Hours:
- Location: Kallang Wave Mall
- Working days: 6 days per week (rest day falls on a weekday)
- Working hours: Retail hours (11am - 10pm; can leave at 9pm if there are no bookings)

Job Scope:
- Test and become familiar with all VR games offered.
- Guide and explain VR game experiences, including rules and procedures, to customers.
- Oversee operation of the VR game station and perform technical troubleshooting (e.g., PC, VR system, VR games).
- Maintain and repair VR equipment (training provided).
- Answer customer questions, provide appropriate service packages, and manage bookings.
- Attend to all customers and close sales.
- Perform other operational tasks such as cashiering, cleaning, and disinfecting.
- Carry out duties and obligations as designated by the company, consistent with the job title.
- Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to achieve set targets.

Job Requirements:
- Passion for VR games.
- Basic PC skills.
- Diligent and outgoing personality.
- Customer service oriented with good communication skills.
- Good team player who is driven, proactive, and has a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the service or retail industry is an advantage.
