- Coordinate and manage various film projects that are being restored and color-graded in our New York and Burbank facilities.
- Collaborate with the restoration team and colorist to ensure alignment of all project aspects and meeting timelines.
- Work with our data team to ensure all assets (LTO or Files) are received and barcoded.
- Oversee project & client management of titles from the quote stage through completion and final delivery.
- Able to cut work orders for upcoming projects using our proprietary software.
- Develop relationships with key client contacts, establish and increase trust, solve creative problems, and respond promptly to client questions.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure completion of the final project and follow up with stakeholders for feedback.
- Prior experience in film production, restoration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with film restoration techniques and color grading processes is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of video/file formats, distribution workflows, and technologies.
- 3+ years of industry-related experience.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think clearly, logically, and organized and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong computer skills in the areas of networking and data management.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
