About the job: Critical Control is searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager in Petaluma. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing a talented team, and driving the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. What you’ll do:

  • You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.
  • You will ensure the projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
  • You will ensure that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
  • You will implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the project's performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
  • You will represent Critical Control in the community, participating in local events and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and presence.
  • You will proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance the project's efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • You have five or more years experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • You are knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • You have demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • You have availability for on-call duty as required.

As a national employer, we consider numerous factors when determining compensation, including the specific job responsibilities, your geographical location, and your level of experience. For this role, we estimate a target pay range and budget of [Expected Base $70k - $90k + Bonus] per annum.
