Restaurant Supervisor - Full Time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full Time, variable schedule. Weekends and evening availability required.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
• Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
• Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
• Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections

• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
• College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
