We are currently hiring for our 5* resort Domes Aulus Elounda, Curio Collection by Hilton, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Elounda, Crete for the season 2026.

Restaurant Reservations Agent

Requirements

Main Accountabilities:

  • Handling of all the restaurant reservations
  • Distributes the various administrational documents at the perspective outlets
  • Participation in weekly F&B operational meetings
  • Collaborates closely with the room service department
  • Manages the hotel’s application regarding the F&B related requests
  • Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in Front Office or customer - related jobs
  • Good knowledge of computer systems
  • Good knowledge in POS Systems
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
  • Service and customer oriented
  • Good communicator
  • Responsible
  • Proactive
