Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an On-boarding VM based in Cairo who will be responsible for managing relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

• Manage the full on-boarding cycle from contracting to activation.

• Daily tasks include on-boarding new partners, analysing performance data, creating growth strategies for accounts, addressing client concerns, and collaborating internally to provide the highest level of service.

• This role requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills to maintain positive partnerships and achieve business objectives.

• Collect and verify legal and financial documents.

• Prepare performance reports and track key on-boarding metrics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in account manager or vendor manager in any related field.

• Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in account growth strategies, performance analysis, and reporting.

• Organisational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Knowledge of the food and restaurant industry is a plus.

• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
