As a Restaurant Hostess at Villa Sant’Andrea, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Warmly greeting and seating guests, managing the waiting list efficiently. 
  • Handling all incoming calls for reservations and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. 
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely seating and service. 
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized host stand and entrance area. 
  • Assisting guests with any special requests or needs, such as high chairs or accessibility. 
  • Providing information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and concept. 
  • Collaborating with the entire restaurant team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience. 
  • Anticipating guest needs and proactively addressing them to enhance their visit. 

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a high-end restaurant setting. 
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus. 
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
