Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The client is looking for a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead their multi-branch operations and drive organizational growth. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build scalable systems while ensuring consistently excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Multi-Branch Oversight

• Lead and oversee daily operations across all current and future branches

• Standardize front-of-house procedures to ensure consistency in service, quality, and guest experience

• Provide direct support to Branch Managers in solving operational and staffing challenges

Performance & Strategy

• Monitor KPIs, P&L, and customer feedback to evaluate branch performance

• Use data-driven insights to recommend operational improvements

• Identify and act on industry trends, seasonal shifts, and social factors that may impact sales

Team Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Branch Managers and key FOH staff

• Lead training programs and regular performance reviews

• Foster a strong, values-driven team culture

Guest Experience

• Ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality across all locations

• Handle escalated guest service issues when necessary

• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service efficiency, and operational consistency

• Oversee the integration of new technologies, POS systems, and service tools

Expansion Support

• Play a key role in launching new branches—including SOP creation, logistics, staffing, and training

• Conduct operational readiness assessments prior to branch openings

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: 6 days a week; 1 day off only – free to choose hours
