We are currently looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager.

The selected individual will be responsible to:

Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Solid knowledge of responsible gaming principles and duty-of-care obligations
Familiarity with the MGA and Estonian frameworks
A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Finnish are considered a significant advantage
