A day in the life:

As a Resource Manager at Power Digital, you ensure the right people are aligned to the right projects at the right time. You manage staffing across teams using tools like Wrike and Asana, balancing workloads and partnering closely with Project Managers, Client Service Leads, and Department Heads to support delivery, team health, and client satisfaction.

You proactively forecast resource needs, identify gaps, and support hiring or reallocation plans that enable the agency to scale efficiently. When priorities shift or capacity challenges arise, you step in to resolve issues, maintain momentum, and protect both delivery timelines and team morale. Your work directly supports operational clarity, employee engagement, and Power Digital’s ability to grow sustainably.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and schedule team members across projects based on skills, availability, and priority
  • Balance workloads to prevent over- or under-utilization and support on-time project delivery
  • Forecast future resource needs using utilization data and upcoming project demand
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and department leaders on hiring, onboarding, and reallocation planning
  • Monitor resource utilization and project outcomes; share insights with senior leadership
  • Resolve resourcing conflicts and support healthy team collaboration and productivity
  • Leverage Wrike, Asana, AI tools, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve visibility, planning, and efficiency
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related).
  • Background in coordinating projects and managing teams, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage resource allocation and scheduling effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to forecast resource needs and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with resource management tools and project management software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage resources in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    • Percentage of available billable hours actively assigned to billable client work. 85–92% average utilization across billable teams
  • Project Delivery Timeliness 
    • Percentage of projects delivered on or before committed deadlines due to appropriate resource allocation. ≥90% of projects delivered on time
  • Cost Efficiency of Resource Allocation 
    • Alignment between planned resource cost and actual resource cost per project. Within ±5% of budget on resource-related costs
  • Forecast Accuracy 
    • Accuracy of projected resource demand versus actual utilization. ≥90% forecast accuracy on a rolling 30–60 day horizon
  • Team Satisfaction & Engagement 
    • ≥80% positive responses on workload balance and clarity of assignments
  • Conflict Resolution Effectiveness 
    • ≥90% of resource-related conflicts resolved within 5 business days
