New England's leading supplier of stock and high end residential millwork is looking for the right sales professional to expand our presence on Cape Cod and the Islands.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly with new and established customers to provide them with top quality millwork products. We pride ourselves on being a company that is easy to do business with, and will provide you the necessary support to provide this type of service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Perform takeoffs from blue prints and field measurements.
Provide information to inside sales support staff using order forms in order to obtain accurate proposal for customer.
Travel required to job sites.
Work with customer and inside sales to coordinate production/ delivery of products to customers.
Prospect for new customers.
Assist the customer service department by performing initial service inspection on product problems. Oversee follow-up on service needed.
Assist the accounting department with collection of any overdue accounts.
Professional Development: attend product training, sales seminars and industry related meetings to improve skills in the area of sales, products and company standard procedures.
Education and Experience Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent years of business experience.
Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
2-5 years of industry related doors, windows, trim, millwork experience
Prior outside sales experience
Valid drivers’ license
Physical Requirements
Must take and pass post-offer screening and drug test
