You will coordinate trades, manage daily site logistics, and ensure each project in North Potomac, MD is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day residential remodeling operations in North Potomac, MD.
• Actively perform hands-on construction work including framing, trimming, digging, and whatever it takes to complete the job.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain proper workflow and project sequencing.
• Manage material deliveries to prevent delays and maintain steady productivity.
