We are currently hiring for our headquarters in Thessaloniki, a Reservations Agent to join our team.

Some of the responsibilities:  

  • Handle incoming reservations calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and accurately entering guest details into the reservation system
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, amenities, and promotions
  • Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented
  • Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy, working towards a satisfactory resolution

Requirements

Useful to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus

What you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hotel's operational needs
