About the Position
Nestify is seeking a Partnerships & Reservations Manager to own and drive occupancy performance across our serviced apartment portfolio. This role combines strategic partnership development with end-to-end reservations management, ensuring that demand generation, booking conversion, and move-in execution are fully aligned. The primary objective of this position is to position Nestify’s serviced apartments as the preferred accommodation solution for corporates, relocation partners, schools, universities, and institutional clients, while ensuring that all enquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a senior, hands-on role with direct accountability for occupancy, conversion rates, booking quality, and team performance. The position works closely with Operations and Sales and reports into the Lettings function.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Partnerships & Demand Generation
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, universities, relocation companies, corporates, HR departments, and institutions.
- Secure preferred supplier agreements, negotiated rates, and volume-based deals to drive consistent booking flow.
- Position Nestify’s serviced apartments as the preferred solution for short- and mid-term stays.
- Build and maintain long-term partner relationships to ensure repeat bookings and, where possible, exclusivity.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and partner meetings.
- Track partnership performance, including bookings generated, occupancy impact, and revenue contribution.
Reservations & Booking Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end reservations process, from first enquiry through to move-in day.
- Ensure enquiries are handled accurately, promptly, and in line with defined service standards.
- Protect booking quality, conversion rates, and customer experience for both landlords and applicants.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations to align availability, pricing, and partner requirements.
- Step in to manage escalations, complex cases, or booking risks when required.
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead, coach, and support the Reservations Agent team.
- Set clear performance expectations and ensure adherence to processes and SOPs.
- Provide hands-on support when team members struggle and ensure proper escalation of issues.
- Monitor individual and team performance across markets.
Listings, Process & Quality Control
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of property listings across mid-term rental platforms.
- Ensure listings remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with market conditions.
- Build, document, and enforce clear SOPs for enquiry handling, booking workflows, and reporting.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in execution and consistency.
Payments, Coordination & Reporting
- Oversee tenant payments, renewals, rent collection coordination, and deposit return processes.
- Coordinate pre- and post-stay inspections and handovers with Operations.
- Track and report on key KPIs including enquiry volume, response times, conversion rates, occupancy impact, and team performance.
- Provide clear visibility on trends, risks, and operational outcomes.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Work Experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, holiday homes, or medium to long-term rentals.
- Proven experience developing partnerships that generate measurable booking volume.
- Previous experience managing or coaching a reservations, lettings, or booking team.
- Strong understanding of corporate housing, relocation, and student accommodation demand drivers.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong ability to explain processes clearly, enforce standards, and drive accountability.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2), written and verbal.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
