We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and passionate Research Managers to join our research team within our Bangkok Office.

About our opportunities...

As a Research Manager, you will take the lead on running market research projects, involving client liaison and project management from research design through to final debrief presentations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and organising fieldwork both locally and internationally
  • Creating questionnaires against client objectives
  • Analysing data (both quantitatively and qualitatively)
  • Creating insightful presentations

The work covers a range of ad-hoc projects, typically involving quantitative and qualitative research, in Thailand and internationally. With MMR’s focus on developing new and better research methods and sophisticated analysis techniques, the role offers the opportunity to gain experience of several novel and exciting approaches to conducting research and interpreting data.

Requirements

Skills and Qualities:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years Market Research Experience
  • Previous experience within an ad-hoc agency environment, essential
  • Previous experience of people Management of Junior team-members essential
  • Experience of involvement in report writing, essential
  • Ability to tell a story from the data is essential
  • Strong organisational & time management skills, required
  • Experience within FMCG beneficial
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Naturally curious
  • Proactive and forward thinking
  • Builds relationships easily
  • Excel in working in a team environment, and relish the challenges that brings
  • Possess great communication skills (including fluent written/spoken English)
