What’s the role?
As a Research Manager at HRW, you’ll own projects form end‑to‑end. You’ll juggle multiple studies with confidence, partnering closely with Project Directors, guiding Project Executives, and building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
You’ll play a key role in growing our business by nurturing existing accounts and spotting opportunities for repeat and new work. You’ll also help develop the next generation of researchers, coaching junior team members and supporting their growth.
Alongside structured training in research, the pharmaceutical industry, and soft skills, you’ll continue to expand your expertise on the job. You’ll work with your line manager to shape your development path. You may also take on line‑management responsibilities as you grow.
