The Opportunity

We’re looking for a data-driven Research & Insights Analyst with hands-on experience using social listening and digital research platforms to lead the design and execution of strategic insight projects. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to recommend suitable research solutions and ensure the quality of deliverables.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Managed research projects, including design, setup, workflow, and resource management. 
• Mastered research and analytical skills at an advanced level. 
• Designed and implemented research methodologies tailored to specific needs and contexts. 
• Stayed updated on platform-specific metrics and changes in the social and digital landscape. 
• Utilized analytical tools, such as social listening, performance measurement tools, and databases. 
• Presented and explained findings effectively to diverse audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Developed compelling storytelling based on research insights. 
• Provided actionable recommendations aligned with business goals.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• Advanced knowledge of social listening tools (eg. Brandwatch), and ideally digital research platforms (eg. GWI).

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar field, preferably within an agency environment.
• Passion for the digital world and familiarity with key social networks, such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, and Discord.
• Proven ability to extract insights from raw aggregated data.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and exploring new data sources and research methodologies to uncover actionable insights.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
