Research Associate, Executive Partnerships

On behalf of our client, a leading global company in market insights, we are seeking a Research Associate to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building new connections, engaging with senior professionals, and facilitating discussions that provide valuable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with CEOs and other senior executives across various industries to expand the company's network.
• Coordinate calls and facilitate interactions between executives and clients, ensuring each conversation addresses client-specific questions.
• Prepare tailored questionnaires or discussion guides, encourage executives to share their insights, and document key takeaways.
• Understand client needs and objectives, helping guide the conversation to ensure the information gathered meets their research goals.
• Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with executives to foster ongoing engagement and valuable connections.

Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written English skills to confidently engage with senior professionals and clients.
• Proven experience in building rapport quickly and communicating effectively over the phone.
• Experience in sales or client-oriented roles would be consider an asset for fostering connections and encouraging active participation in discussions.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage time efficiently, maintaining a positive and “can-do” attitude
