Reporting Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior+ Reporting Analyst to support the Transportation and Logistics teams by performing data analysis, maintaining databases, and providing actionable insights.
This role will involve working with coding, data visualization, and data warehouse tools to ensure accurate reporting, continuous improvement, and effective decision-making.

Position title: Junior+ Reporting Analyst

Location: Remote - LATAM

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze daily transportation and logistics data to measure performance against goals and provide recommendations for improvement.
● Identify gaps in data or reporting processes and propose thoughtful solutions.
● Database maintenance at a reporting and analytics layer, including querying, validating data integrity, and maintaining reporting tables and views within an existing data warehouse — not database administration or infrastructure management.
● Utilize fi nancial, logistical, and procurement systems to support reporting, ad hoc analyses, and corrective action improvements.
● Deliver detailed analyses, KPIs, and metrics to department leadership and executive stakeholders.
● Support collaboration across functions and with internal/external stakeholders, including fi eld teams.
● Assist with process and procedure updates, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
● Write scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets in Python.
● Perform data analysis using Python libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
● Develop automated reporting pipelines.
● Create ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and improve current SOP Reports generation workfl ows and LFRM process.
● Optionally, create visualizations using Python libraries like Matplotlib or Seaborn.

Requirements & Qualifi cations:

● 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or reporting.
● Profi ciency in Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
● Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with a centralized data warehouse (CDW).
● Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
● Junior / Junior+ level experience, capable of supporting reporting and forecasting functions effectively.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Snowfl ake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
● Familiarity with workfl ow automation or ETL tools such as Power Automate, Knime, or Alteryx.
● Exposure to transportation or logistics data and forecasting practices.
