JOB SUMMARY

 

The Online Sales Consultant is the first point of contact and first impression on behalf of the developer. Prospective Buyers often begin their purchasing journey online. Upon submitting their information, the Online Sales Consultants role is to connect and turn a prospective buyer from ‘I’m interested’ to ‘I want to meet with a Sales Consultant’, by providing basic information and building enthusiasm for an appointment with a Sales Consultant.

ESSENTIAL

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Respond to all E-Mail Leads immediately
  • Handle inbound calls with the goal of generating an appointment (on-site or virtual) for the Sales Team.
  • Make outbound calls to database leads to generate appointments.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Team.
  • Establish yourself as a concierge to the buyer to create a warm, seamless handoff to the Sales Team or Rental Management Company.
  • Provide high-level overview of the lifestyle and benefits to owning a branded vacation residence, just enough to nurture further interest.
  • Use simple discovery questions to discover the buyer’s area of interest.
  • Provide a world-class experience for buyers and their representatives

REQUIREMENTS  

Competencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required)

 

  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
  • Friendly, warm, engaging phone etiquette to create a positive experience for the consumer
  • Comfortable with handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to leads who have signed up on our websites for more information.

PREFERRED competencies & qualifications

·       2+ years’ experience in Sales roles

·       Online Sales Counselor experience a plus

·       Homebuilding/Real Estate Experience a plus

·       Demonstrated experience in B2C Sales over the telephone

·       Understanding of key performance metrics that lead to successful sales conversions.

·       Ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and creativity in a fast-paced business growth environment
