As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Renewals Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role is key to ensuring business continuity and revenue retention by managing the negotiation and execution of client renewals. You'll work with clients across the globe and collaborate closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand each client’s situation prior to their renewal date.
  • Lead and manage the negotiation of annual license renewals.
  • Identify the best contact strategy for each client, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to detect and support potential upgrade opportunities.
  • Provide support to clients when needed, ensuring a positive experience throughout the renewal process


Requirements

  • Have experience in client-facing roles such as Renewals, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Customer Success.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, and have a commercial mindset.
  • Are fluent in English (bilingual level required).
  • Have experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
