Position Summary:
The Renewal Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for renewing a portfolio of maintenance, subscription and SaaS renewals for an assigned territory. The RAM works directly with Ivanti sales teams, resellers and customers. The individual must be a self-starter, pro-active and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will report to the Manager, Renewal Sales for the assigned region.
