Join us as our Remuneration and Benefits Specialist! 

We are seeking a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join our Corporate People team. Here you will have a central role in shaping our global compensation structure, HCM system and reporting and data alignment across the DOF Group. You will work closely with global and local HR teams and will report to the EVP People & Organisation. We are looking for an experienced HR resource that is technically savvy, with knowledge of compensation and benefits processes. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Act as group specialist for global reward structures, systems, data, and tools. 
  • Align global compensation processes and salary structures, develop and coordinate reward programs, and conduct benchmarking 
  • Manage the group job evaluation framework based on established methodology 
  • Advise HR and leaders on reward-related matters 
  • Lead the salary review processes in Norway and coordinate global reviews 
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits legislation, including supporting the organisation’s pay transparency initiatives in line with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive 
  • Prepare HR and compensation analytics, KPI, dashboards and annual remuneration reports. 
  • Act as superuser for HR master data and reporting 

 

Requirements 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in compensation and benefits, analysis, or controlling 
  • Strong understanding of key HR and compensation processes 
  • Experience with remuneration benchmarking, bonus schemes, and job evaluation methodologies, such as Korn Ferry Hay. 
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive 
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills both spoken and written  
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft 365; Excel & Power BI 
  • Experience with Tier 1 HCM systems is a plus
