Accountabilities

Requirements
15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development.
10+ years of project management experience; PMP certification required.
Demonstrated success in managing complex clinical programs.
Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory pathways.
Experience mentoring junior project managers preferred.
