Remote Study Operations Manager

This role is key in overseeing study management activities from initiation to closure, ensuring operational excellence and compliance at the country level. As a leader in the local study team, you will contribute significantly to the execution of clinical trials, enhancing the health and well-being of patients. Your strategic planning and organization skills will be essential in driving project deliverables while collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders in various locations. Accountabilities
  • Support Global Study Managers and lead specific components of the study project.
  • Oversee the preferred Contract Research Organization and manage country-level plans.
  • Liaise with local and regulatory teams to align on submission strategies.
  • Manage study start-up processes and recruitments in assigned countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local vendor management and oversee quality assurance.
  • Act as point of contact for study-level inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Lead initiatives for operational effectiveness at the regional level.
  • Requirements
  • 3-5 years of clinical trial study management experience is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations.
  • Expertise in study and site dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage moderately complex processes and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in a matrix management environment and with managing vendors.
