This role is key in overseeing study management activities from initiation to closure, ensuring operational excellence and compliance at the country level. As a leader in the local study team, you will contribute significantly to the execution of clinical trials, enhancing the health and well-being of patients. Your strategic planning and organization skills will be essential in driving project deliverables while collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders in various locations.
Accountabilities
Support Global Study Managers and lead specific components of the study project.
Oversee the preferred Contract Research Organization and manage country-level plans.
Liaise with local and regulatory teams to align on submission strategies.
Manage study start-up processes and recruitments in assigned countries.
Ensure compliance with local vendor management and oversee quality assurance.
Act as point of contact for study-level inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Lead initiatives for operational effectiveness at the regional level.
Requirements
3-5 years of clinical trial study management experience is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory operations.
Expertise in study and site dashboards and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage moderately complex processes and implement mitigation strategies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in a matrix management environment and with managing vendors.
