In this role, you will be a crucial player in facilitating large-scale Agile transformations across diverse digital ecosystems. Your expertise will help align business objectives with technical implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Working with cross-functional teams, you will support the Agile Release Train (ART) operations to ensure they deliver maximum value. Accountabilities
Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos
Ensure strong alignment between Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
Promote Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Support continuous value delivery through Program Increments
Requirements
Proven experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer or Senior Scrum Master in SAFe environments
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles
Experience facilitating program ceremonies such as PI Planning
Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and CI/CD practices
SAFe RTE certification or SAFe Program Consultant certification
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
