Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration Support to Sales Teams
  • Gather Spec Sheet, DWG Drawings and Brochures as requested
  • To ensure our documentation is up to date in K Drive
  • Enter in all Sales Team Quotes and attach any relevant documentation
  • Convert the Quotes to Sales Orders once approved
  • Project Administration Support
  • To liaise with System Controls for Code Creations

Requirements

Skills & Abilities

  • High Attention to Detail
  • Proficient with MS Office Programs
  • Epicor Software is recommended, however not essential
  • Highly organized with excellent time management
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with variety of people
  • Must have a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor, even when faced with challenging situations
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Transparent, accountable, and eager to learn and develop
  • Actively contributes and shares ideas for systems and process improvements
  • High level of initiative and flexibility

Minimum BYOD System Requirements

  • Stable fiber internet connection (50MBPS upload/download speed or faster) with Back-up internet connection
  • Laptop (preferred) or PC with at least 8GB RAM (16GB preferred), i5 CPU, Windows 11 operating system, Camera
  • Minimum 2 x monitors to ensure efficiency
  • Noise Cancelling headset with microphone for answering phone calls and attending video meetings
  • Work location must have minimal distractions and background noise

Employment Type: Freelance - Independent Contractor

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 5:30 AM to 5 PM AWST (8 hour shifts)
