At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Remote Robot Operator, who will remotely oversee pick & place robots.

Salary: contract of mandate (umowa-zlecenie): 32/34/35 PLN/hour gross (depending on the shift)
Fully remote work
Availability: capacity to work more than 25-30 hours per week
English-speaking environment
Offer suitable for fresh grads or part-time students / non-stationary students
What will you do?
Remotely observe pick & place robots who work at different warehouses around Europe
Document bugs and propose new features
Communicate with engineers to help them solve technical issues
Remotely solve failures of the system
Analyze and annotate images used to further improve robots’ capabilities
What we’d like you to have:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Availability to work morning shifts and commit to over 30 hours a week
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a can-do attitude to resolve unforeseen issues
Great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
Quick learner with an eagerness to embrace new things
Good knowledge of web browsers
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
fast internet and no streaming blockers are essential
Nice to have: Technical background is a plus
What happens after you apply?
First meeting (15 minutes) – Recruiter phone screen: A brief conversation to provide general information about the position and assess whether your availability and expectations align with our needs.
Second meeting (30-45 minutes) – Hiring manager interview: in-depth conversation focused on evaluating a candidate's relevant experience, availability, skills, team fit, and overall alignment with the company's culture and goals.
Third meeting (30 minutes) – Technical skills interview: practical recruitment stage for non-programming roles designed to verify a candidate's proficiency in everyday computer use, basic software, fundamental troubleshooting, and other essential digital tasks.
For formal reasons, we are currently considering candidates with the right to work in the European Union, without needing a visa sponsorship or work permit and based in Poland.
