  • Play with robots every day 🤖
  • Salary: contract of mandate (umowa-zlecenie):  32/34/35 PLN/hour gross (depending on the shift)
  • Fully remote work
  • Availability: capacity to work more than 25-30 hours per week
  • English-speaking environment
  • Offer suitable for fresh grads or part-time students / non-stationary students
  • What will you do?
  • Remotely observe pick & place robots who work at different warehouses around Europe
  • Document bugs and propose new features
  • Communicate with engineers to help them solve technical issues
  • Remotely solve failures of the system
  • Analyze and annotate images used to further improve robots’ capabilities
  • What we’d like you to have:
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Availability to work morning shifts and commit to over 30 hours a week
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by a can-do attitude to resolve unforeseen issues
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Quick learner with an eagerness to embrace new things
  • Good knowledge of web browsers
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • fast internet and no streaming blockers are essential
  • Nice to have: Technical background is a plus
  • What happens after you apply?
  • First meeting (15 minutes) – Recruiter phone screen: A brief conversation to provide general information about the position and assess whether your availability and expectations align with our needs.
  • Second meeting (30-45 minutes) – Hiring manager interview: in-depth conversation focused on evaluating a candidate's relevant experience, availability, skills, team fit, and overall alignment with the company's culture and goals.
  • Third meeting (30 minutes) – Technical skills interview: practical recruitment stage for non-programming roles designed to verify a candidate's proficiency in everyday computer use, basic software, fundamental troubleshooting, and other essential digital tasks.
  • For formal reasons, we are currently considering candidates with the right to work in the European Union, without needing a visa sponsorship or work permit and based in Poland.
