We are seeking a high energy results driven recruiter with experience supporting civilian and DoD programs. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions, partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, and represent the company at job fairs and community recruiting events. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the nuances of clearance-based hiring. What you get to do. •Manage full cycle recruiting for federal and DoD positions •Recruit for roles requiring Public Trust, Secret, TS, and TS/SCI clearances •Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities •Source candidates through ATS pipelines, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking •Post and update job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) •Screen candidates and guide them through the process from first contact to offer acceptance •Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams •Represent the company at job fairs, military transition events, and community recruiting events •Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure compliance with federal and company standards •Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and status to the recruiting lead. Required Skills. •Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience supporting federal civilian and/or DoD programs •Experience recruiting candidates with Public Trust through TS/SCI clearance levels •Must reside in the Tampa, Florida or surrounding areas •Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities •Experience interacting with hiring managers and supporting their staffing needs •Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools •Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly •High energy, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail Why This Role Matters This recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring mission success by delivering top talent to federal and DoD programs.
