Zeel, a leading provider of trusted health and wellness services, is seeking a smart, detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our Government Solutions team. This role supports administrative operations and communications with the VA Community Care Network and VA Medical Centers.


The VA Program Support Specialist is an entry-level administrative role within the Government Solutions department. The position is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to VA Medical Centers and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication between Zeel and VA stakeholders.


This position is remote, however, you must be located within the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails from VA Medical Centers in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor, answer, and return incoming phone calls and voicemails
  • Track and follow up on appointment updates and status changes
  • Update and maintain documentation related to VA Medical Center requests, appointments, and workflows
  • Ensure administrative requests from VA Medical Centers are addressed accurately and promptly
  • Provide general administrative support to assist with program operations
  • Maintain organized records and ensure documentation is current and complete
  • Identify urgent or time-sensitive issues and escalate appropriately
  • Support coordination and communication between internal teams and external stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Professional, responsive, and reliable communication style
  • Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic documentation tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or program support role
  • Experience working with healthcare organizations, government agencies, or veteran populations
  • HIPAA experience
  • Familiarity with appointment coordination, scheduling, or medical administration
