In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging technology to enhance employee development and performance management. Your expertise in learning management systems will guide the integration of innovative strategies that align with the evolving needs of the business. By streamlining processes and enhancing performance frameworks, you will directly contribute to building a stronger, more capable workforce. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on the organization’s talent development initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Serve as the system owner and subject-matter expert for the performance and learning platform.
  • Lead system configuration and enhancements aligned to business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with vendors and stakeholders for integrations and updates.
  • Maintain platform governance including user roles and security standards.
  • Plan and execute testing cycles and system updates.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Collaborate on the design and maintenance of competency frameworks.
  • Support succession planning and talent management processes.
  • Develop and manage Individual Development Plan tools and resources.
  • Ensure performance management frameworks are integrated effectively.
  • Lead multiple learning initiatives and system projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate resources.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field required.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience administering or implementing LMS or HR technology platforms.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or People Operations.
  • Expertise in performance management systems and frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
