Position: Remote Outpatient Therapist (LICSW / LPCC) – Minnesota

Compensation: $82,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | CST hours

We’re currently hiring a full-time LICSW or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our Minnesota-based partners.

What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily ages 15+)

Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, addiction/SUD, trauma, social skill deficits, abuse, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder

Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

Setting: 100% Remote | Minnesota-based outpatient CCBHC

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/wk within 8 AM –5 PM CST

Caseload: ~5-6 sessions per day

Appointments: Follow-ups appointments are 60 mins

Qualifications: 

Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred

Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours

Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
