Position: Remote Outpatient Therapist (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC) – California 

Compensation:  $119,000/year  

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in California) 

Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs) | Monday–Friday | PST hours

We’re currently hiring a full-time LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC to provide virtual outpatient therapy through one of our California-based partners. 

What You'll Do 
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: 

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans 

• Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily adults 18+, with some all-ages care) 

• Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and schizophrenia 

• Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources 

More About the Role 

• Setting: 100% Remote | California-based outpatient clinic 

• Schedule: Monday–Friday PST, 40 hrs/wk within 8 AM –5 PM PST 

• Caseload: Up to 2 Assessments per day, expected panel size is ~30 patients  

• Appointments: Initials are 180 mins (90 mins with patient, 90 mins for collaboration and documentation - can be broken up into multiple visits), follow-ups are 60 mins 

• Schedule Autonomy: Clinicians manage their own schedules 

• Supervision & Support: Weekly supervision and peer collaboration, & robust support team including case managers, MHSA programming, peer support, group services, and on-site medication support

Qualifications:  

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California (required) 

• Must reside in California 

• Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred 

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours 

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels 

• Telehealth experience preferred
