In this role, you will serve as a crucial clinical liaison for partner providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Your efforts will focus on building long-lasting relationships and addressing provider concerns while promoting the adoption of innovative clinical programs. You will engage with healthcare professionals to maintain a high standard of care, understand clinical workflows, and drive necessary changes in a fast-paced environment, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
Accountabilities
Act as the lead clinical liaison for partner providers across multiple regions
Collaborate with Provider Relations Managers on clinic visits and ongoing relationship management
Advocate for the clinical value of care models and address provider inquiries
Support onboarding and training for new clinics, ensuring alignment and confidence
Resolve provider complaints with empathy and thorough follow-up
Provide field insights to internal teams to inform service improvements
Stay updated on regulatory standards to ensure compliant, high-quality care
Requirements
Advanced clinical degree (MD, DO, or NP); MD/DO preferred
5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with provider-facing programs within health systems or tech platforms
Familiarity with digital health frameworks and Medicare billing
Proficiency in clinical informatics and data interpretation
Willingness to travel frequently (2–3 days/week) near a major airport
