Remote Lead Generation Specialist (Appointment Setter)

Andava Digital is looking for a driven and independent Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our diverse portfolio of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, SMM, Website Development, Support & Maintenance, and more.

This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and payment per qualified lead. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential clients, initiating outreach, and setting appointments with decision-makers across a variety of industries.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, or other channels
• Generate interest in our full suite of digital marketing services
• Set up qualified appointments with key decision-makers
• Maintain basic records of outreach activity and results
• Collaborate with our team for feedback, alignment, and support

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation or appointment setting, ideally in digital marketing or IT services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to research and connect with decision-makers in relevant industries
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English
• Experience with CRMs and outreach tools is a plus
